Macbey currently uses Quality Processes that confirm to ISO 9001:2008, but expects to be one of the first companies to gain the new ISO 9001:2015 standard in 2016.

The workforce have all been trained and qualified to the Adult Apprenticeship II in Improving Operational Performance, including Business Improvement Techniques NVQs and VRQs.
